Robert Black
Robert Black was born in Fort Wayne Indiana. He graduated from Northrop High School in 1989. After high school he joined the United States Army. He was stationed in Hawaii. After completing his tour in the militaryhe returned to Fort Wayne. He married his wife Marsha and they share two children Robert Jr and Darius. Robert and his family have been faithful members of New Covenant Worship Center since November 2004. He also has been a deacon at New Covenant since 2007. Robert has been working with youth as an assistant coach or volunteer for over 10 years. In May 2017 he accepted his calling of being the director over the Middle School Ministry GenR8.

Marsha Black
Marsha Black is a native of Fort Wayne Indiana. She graduated from Northrop High School in 1988. Marsha has been a Fort Wayne firefighter for over 25 years. She currently is a Fire Inspector. She enjoys working in the community to educate people and businesses in fire safety. She and her husband Robert share two sons Robert Jr and Darius. She and her family have been members of New Covenant Worship Center since November 2004. Marsha has also been a faithful member of the choir at New Covenant for over 12 years. She started volunteering with the high school Ministry and enjoyed it. Marsha along with her husband Robert, accepted God’s calling as directors over GenR8 Middle School Ministry in May of 2017.

Stacy Kelsaw
Stacy and her husband Stacey Kelsaw has two sons (Juwan and Jeremiah). Stacy was born and raised in Ft. Wayne where she attended high school and later earned an Associate Degree in Early Childhood Development from Ivy Tech Fort Wayne and a Bachelor’s Degree in Organizational Leadership Indiana Tech Fort Wayne. Stacy’s work experience has always involved at risk families. Stacy has served as a pre-school teacher and site-supervisor at CANI HeadStart for 10 years. Stacy’s work history and volunteer service has been extend to the following organizations: YWCA, YMCA, NAACP, and ACPL. Stacy is currently working at FWCS at the Allen County Juvenile Center. Stacy believes that Mark 10.14 expresses the true call of Kingdom Kids Elementary ministry, But when Jesus saw it, he was indignant and said to them, “Let the children come to me; do not hinder them, for to such belongs the kingdom of God.”

Shenita Bolton
Minister Shenita V. Bolton began attending New Covenant Worship Center in 2015. Prior to her joining New Covenant Worship Center, Minister Shenita served in ministry at Restoration Outreach Centre in Richmond, Indiana. She earned both her undergraduate and graduate degrees from Earlham College and serves as the College and Career Readiness Manager for Fort Wayne Community Schools. She and her husband, Brian share four daughters, Brianna, Chaslyn, Latrice and Patricia. Minister Shenita accepted the calling to ministry in 2008 and became an ordained minister at New Covenant Worship Center in 2017.

Mick Baker
Pastor Mick Baker is the Executive Pastor and Director of the Covenant Impact Center, located in Fort Wayne, Indiana. Prior to starting at the Covenant Impact Center he served as the Executive Pastor at The Chapel for 9 years and 25 years before that he served at Fort Wayne Area Youth for Christ. Mick Graduated from Bethel College.
Family: Wife Sharon; children Andy, Lindsay, Alissa, and Kristin. He has 5 grandchildren (2 of those are our foster grandchildren).
