Pastor Luther Whitfield is the Founder and Senior Pastor of New Covenant Worship Center, located in Fort Wayne, Indiana. Prior to starting New Covenant, Pastor Whitfield served as the National City Life Director for Youth For Christ USA, and also as the Senior Director for the Primetime Community Center, where he still serves and engages today on a regular basis.
Dawn A. Clopton
Dawn is a native resident of Fort Wayne. She graduated from Indiana University in Bloomington. She and her husband have two beautiful daughters . Dawn joined New Covenant in 2006 and began working in the capacity of the Church Administrator in 2011. She assists the staff in coordinating ministry work and serves as an Administrative Assistant to the Senior Pastor.

Pastor David has been serving at New Covenant Worship Center since the inception of the church. He and his wife, Laura, share two daughters, Julia and Gabriella. Pastor David began his calling in ministry in 1995. He received his license in 1998 and became an ordained minister at New Covenant Worship Center in 2010.

Rachele A. Dixie is the Director of Christian Education for the New Covenant Worship Center in Fort Wayne, IN. where she oversees the newly formed Bible Academy, Small groups, Bible studies, Sunday School and Women’s Ministries. In her view the greatest mission is to bring Gods vision to those in need of the truth of the Gospel of Jesus Christ and to return all the glory to God. Rachele has a Master of Arts Degree in Human Services from Concordia University in River Forest, IL. She has spent the past twenty-five years of her life in various genres of the Social Work field. The majority of her training is in the field of Addictions treatment and recovery. Rachele has been involved in such projects as Prayer walks, Traveling Sunday School, and bringing church into residential care facilities. She has been involved in her church as a small group leader, an Adult Community leader and as a member of the Women’s Visionary Committee. Her life verse is Romans 12:1-2. I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that ye present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable unto God, which is your reasonable service. And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God.

Stan Jordan was born and raised in Fort Wayne, IN. He graduated from Paul Harding High School, and attended Indiana State University in Terre Haute, IN. Born into a musical family, he was taking piano lessons at the age of 4 years – private and at Fred Meyers Piano and Organ Company of Fort Wayne. During this time, he was allowed the chance to grow and learn under pastoral leadership of Rev. James W. Bledsoe.
After returning to Fort Wayne in 1992, he became Minister of Music for the St. John Missionary Baptist Church. In 1994, he jumped at the chance to work for Sweetwater Sound in Fort Wayne, and answered a calling to the Greater Progressive Baptist Church where he served on the music staff under GorDon Martin and was the Children’s Choir Director. During this time, Stan was also keyboardist for the Fort Wayne Youth Ensemble.
In 1997, Stan moved to the Fort Wayne Community Schools, mainly Harrison Hill Elementary School, and developed a 4th and 5th Grade Boys’ Choir. In addition, he began to assist the music teachers in the fall and spring musical productions. Also in 1997, Stan was called to another Minister of Music position at the Mt. Calvary Baptist Church of Fort Wayne. During his time at Mt. Calvary, God allowed his ministry positions to expand in the capacities of Minister of Music for the United Male Chorus of Fort Wayne, Band Director for Unity Performing Arts Foundation, Professor of African-American Gospel Music Studies and Gospel Choir at Taylor University of Fort Wayne, and interim keyboardist for Joe Ligon and the Mighty Clouds of Joy.
In 2004, Stan accepted the call as Music Director/Minister of Music at New Covenant worship Center under Pastor Luther Whitfield. During this time, God has blessed the Praise Choir to grow from 1 voice to over 40 dedicated vocalists, multimedia staff, and audio staff. “I’m excited to see what God has in the plans for New Covenant”.
Family: My beautiful wife Damita; my children Carmea, Janae, Sa’Mya, Aaron, Jamartre, Antonio, and Brandon; two dogs – Ralphie and Malik.
