“The Altar Ministry” (The Barnabus Ministry)
The purpose of the Altar Ministry is to be direct extensions of the pastoral ministry and to stand in the gap as prayer warriors for both those that come forward for salvation or special prayer to encourage and exhort in Christ.
Golden Eagles Ministry for Seniors (G.E.M.S.)
The Golden Eagles Ministry for Seniors (G.E.M.S) is committed to provide opportunities for the senior adults (those who are 55 years and up) for ministry, allowing hem to fulfill the purpose God has for their lives and to fulfill the 5-c ore values of ministry through the love of Christ and the leading of the Holy Spirit for the glory of God. (Proverbs 29:18)
The Men’s Ministry mission is to reach out into our community with the word of God to bring the light of hope and love Into the life of each and every man that we get a chance to share the gospel of Christ with. Bring unsaved men into a personal relationship with the Lord Jesus.
Women’s Ministry- Ruth 1:16
Goal: To encourage, uplift and promote fellowship (fun, healthy and loving) among women.
Objective- 1) To plan 4 events a year; to offer teaching opportunities to promote spiritual growth; create prayer partnership and fellowship among women in the church and community. 2) Increase participation in activities so that women can feel more connected to the ministry. 3) To encourage women to demonstrate discipleship to other women outside of planned activities and events.

The Greeter’s Ministry duties are to welcome and greet each person with kindness, sincerity and love. We desire to emulate the unconditional love of Christ, serve all those who walk through our doors, and replicate each other through the growth of our ministry.
Reach Out in Love Ministry
The mission of this ministry is to show love to those who may be sick or shut-in. This act of love is shown through cards, prayers, condolences and more. If you or a loved one are sick or shut-in, we want to know about it! Please call the church at 260-441-0001 and let us know so we can reach out in love to you!
The Assimilation Ministry introduces our first time visitors and membership candidates to New Covenant Worship Center. We provide a hospitable and loving environment to welcome all who attend our services. As visitor become attendees, we pray that they join the New Covenant family.
The Deacon Ministry is a ministry of service to the church and pastoral staff. From 1Timothy 3 to Acts 6 and Philippians 1, the Bible proclaims the need for deacons to be properly qualified and publicly examined. New Covenant Worship Center’s deacon group has been nominated from the pastoral team and leadership as well as having been trained in the responsibilities of the office.
Single Mom’s Ministry
This ministry offers a safe haven for single mothers to discuss shared experiences related to living life as a single mother today. It is more than a Bible study; it is a support network that provides insight, encouragement and exploration as to how the Word of God speaks to the circumstances of single motherhood. Join us for this weekly time of fellowship and support Monday evenings beginning at 6:30pm.
To reach out to the community and congregation in lending a hand to those who may be close to their rock bottom because of addiction and/or emotional distress. For those who think there is no way out we seek to show them that through God that there is another way. Our church family is our greatest concern and we will put God first to help all to succeed.
We will hold a weekly one hour meeting which includes a network of individuals who will share stories and testimonies of their recovery from various addictions, hurts, life situations and circumstances. During this time individuals can openly offer their stories and receive support. All meetings are confidential.
